Our Properties
The prices listed on our website are per person, per week, based on the whole house being let on a ‘Joint Assured Shorthold Tenancy’ basis and unless otherwise stated include the water, electricity, gas and broadband bills.
Our rental contracts usually commence at the start of September and run for a period of 48 weeks.

Are the properties fully furnished?
Yes, we supply furniture and fittings throughout the property, including kitchen appliances. Please see the Sample Inventory page which gives an indication of the items supplied in all of our properties but note that this is not an exhaustive list for any individual property.
Will the Electricity and Gas be switched on when I arrive?
Yes, both of these services will be switched on.
Do I need a parking permit?
Most of the student areas in Exeter have very limited free on-street parking, with the majority being restricted to residents only. Exeter City Council operate a policy of issuing only 2 parking permits per property. If you require a residents parking permit you must apply directly to Exeter City Council. They will need to see your copy of your tenancy agreement.

We ensure that any requests for maintenance are dealt with promptly and with minimal fuss. With our own tradesmen and suppliers we can usually cover any requirement or emergency.
