Are the properties fully furnished?
Yes, we supply furniture and fittings throughout the property, including kitchen appliances. Please see the Sample Inventory page which gives an indication of the items supplied in all of our properties but note that this is not an exhaustive list for any individual property.
Will the Electricity and Gas be switched on when I arrive?
Yes, both of these services will be switched on.
Do I need a parking permit?
Most of the student areas in Exeter have very limited free on-street parking, with the majority being restricted to residents only. Exeter City Council operate a policy of issuing only 2 parking permits per property. If you require a residents parking permit you must apply directly to Exeter City Council. They will need to see your copy of your tenancy agreement.

We work closely with the local Council and University to make sure that everything is done correctly. From the initial meeting with prospective tenants and throughout their tenancies, their safety, security and comfort is vitally important to us.
We ensure that any requests for maintenance are dealt with promptly and with minimal fuss. With our own tradesmen and suppliers we can usually cover any requirement or emergency.
